At the Baker Creek Bistro Chef Shelley Robinson uses quality local, regional and seasonal ingredients to create a memorable taste experience. Located at the Baker Creek Mountain Resort, this restaurant has a unique mountain setting, a sunny patio and a lounge. Brunch, lunch and dinner are available. Reservations are recommended.
The Snowshoe Cafe offers a variety of deli foods, fresh baked pastries, hot and cold meals, beverages, snacks and icecreams. Located in Moraine Lake Lodge, which is open seasonally from June through October, this cafe's hours are 8am to 7pm.
Situated within the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, the Poppy Brasserie is a popular choice for home-style dishes and a relaxed atmosphere. The family-friendly menu has many North American-style options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A highlight is their breakfast buffet. Reservations are not accepted for breakfast but are encouraged at other times.
A lounge, apres ski type of atmosphere attracts guests to the Sawyer's Nook. A cozy atmosphere is complemented by comfort, cafe foods such as flatbread pizzas, paninis, Angus sirloin prime rib burger and rich salads. Sawyer's Nook is located within Temple Lodge on the backside of Lake Louise resort.
The Lake Agnes Tea House is up a 7km (4mi) hike on the side of Lake Louise. It takes 1-2 hours and is uphill most of the way. The reward at the top of the hike along with the lake is a tea house that serves eats and drinks like over one hundred loose leaf teas, tuna, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
Looking out over the icy blueness of the lake from the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, the aptly named Lakeview Lounge features an elegant setting for whiling away the afternoon. Light and casual meals of salads, sandwiches and Tapas. Of particular note is their afternoon tea. Reservations are recommended.
