Lake Louise Trail Rides & Pack Trips

Explore the Rocky Mountains as the first explorers did on the same heritage trails, riding a mountain horse. Lake Louise Stables follows a 250-year tradition and leads visitors to such locations as the Lake Agnes Tea House and the Plain of Six Glaciers. In the winter, enjoy a sleigh ride to the end of Lake Louise.

Timberline Tours traverses trails into the Rocky Mountains on horseback. Small groups (around five) assures personalized and attentive service on tours that can be anywhere from 10 minutes (children's pony rides) to three hours. All-day tours are also offered with trips to Lake Agnes, Plain of Six Glaciers Teahouses and Baker Lake. Or take an overnight, three-, four-, seven- or 10-day trip. Trips depart from their main corral location behind Deer Lodge near Chateau Lake Louise.
